YOUR DEVELOPMENT WILL FOCUS ON 4 MAIN AREAS:
- Documentation of findings and analysis
- Requirement gathering and specification
- Supporting Project Delivery
- Basic Salesforce configuration
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE?
- Previous Salesforce or SaaS work related experience
- Analytical skills and previous experience in project delivery
- Great communication skills and consultative approach
- High level of responsibility with emphasis on quality
- English- professional working proficiency
- Nice to have: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Continuous improvement of business process implementation
- Preparing business analysis, participating in pre-sales calls and scoping, drafting user stories
- Carrying out configuration tasks
- Preparing supporting documentation
- Creating business process maps
